Cheeky Abang

Abang nowadays has become a very cheeky boy. He always have an answer to whatever things that you said to him. He can be very angelic if he wanted to, but he can throw tantrum like nobody business.

Like the other day, my sister wanted him to help her to carry 3 empty boxes to be put outside my mom's place. He picked up 2 of the boxes then trying to figure out how to carry the 3rd ones without him having to do the second trip. Upon realizing that it is quite impossible thing to do, he then put all the boxes down and told my sister "I don't have 3 hands!!!"

My kids nowadays have been very competitive towards each other, everything that they did, they will compete with each other, even Adriana is involved in this but with Adriana it usually with some intervention from the beloved Mama and Ayah. Be it to get down from car, get into the house, taking bath,naik tangga, everything. Sometimes it is healthy competition, sometimes it turn ugly. Whoever win will be able to tell others that he/she wins and the rest are loser!!

One day, on the way up to our rooms upstraits, both Adriana and Azrai who was holding his favourite Bunny walked together(well Azrai walked while Adriana crawled, and Azrai was chanting all the way up"Abang win, abang win". At one point both of them stop(probably thinking of a winning strategy!!) when suddenly Adriana grabbed Azrai's bunny and threw it down the straits!! Azrai panicked and ran after his bunny (obviously), the moment that Azrai went after his bunny, Adriana quickly went up the straits and win the race!!! I was so shocked to see that Adriana was so smart to use that tactics. Lately I noticed that Adriana is more and more elert to her surrounding and she participate with all the games that Tasya and Azrai played. She played masak-masak with them, her favourite is pan and spatula and pretending that she is strring something, or playing ball with them. But I guess her favourite is still playing catch. She really enjoys that game, and she can play that for hours. It is such a pleasure to see that she enjoys herself.

Sayang Abang

Last Saturday we went out for buka puasa with my colleagues from work-the usual crowdlah-Auntie Iren, Auntie Daphne, Auntie Jennifer, Auntie Izad and Uncle Mark. The night before Jennifer smsed me-her borther wanted to get rid one of his remote control car and either Abang want it or not-of courselah Abang nak.

So, that night, he was so over the moon when Jenn gave him the car. He was so looking forward of playing it, he did not eat much. We went home-unfortunately the car did not come with batteries(macam beli baru pulak!!). So the next day, we went to Tesco and bought batteries for him. The moment we stepped inside the house, he forced us to put in on for him. So, from that moment on, he played with the car all days all nights.

He even brought the car to my parents place. My mom asked him who gave him the car-he said Auntie Jennifer, then my mom asked him again why auntie jennifer gave you the car. He said "sebab auntie Jennifer sayang abang!!!"

A star

Tasya's class was selected to perform her dance routine in Carrefour Wangsa Maju next Thursday. Carrefourn is organizing this charity Buka Puasa with the old folk homes, and I guess they want a cheap entertainment, by inviting kids form nearest kindergarden!!, So, Tasya and other 2 classes are chosen.

She told us about this from last week but we thought she just making it up(althought I doubt it because she hardly make anything up)because there are no news from the school, when we asked her she said soon there will be a circular from the school, yasterday the circular came and she has to be there by 7.00pm, looks like she has to berbuka there. I was thinking of berbuka there also on that day and maybe invite my parents as they missed her last concert.

Puasa time

Tasya started fasting this year. She tried the first day and she only managed to fast for half a day. After that amazingly she managed to fast for the whole day for the past 8 days. Quite an achievement for her.

Every day, at about 3.30pm to 4pm, she will smsed me with her buka puasa menu!! One day it's mee hoon goreng, the next day it's Roti John, a day after that nasi ayam and some day all 3 of that!!

Hai...saya sudah tua when my eldest daughter started fasting, next year she will be in Standard 1, before I know it she will be in her teens and will give me more headache.
