I am English

This is what mama overheard one day in our bed, before we went to bed.

Tasya as usual in her 'berangan' world. She was pretending that she met someone and they were having this conversation. Here how it went:

Pretend Tasya : Natasya, are you malay?
Real Tasya:No, Im not. I'm English. I'm from London!!!

The moment that I heard that I was laughing my head off. I could not stop laughing, I was still laughing when I told Amli about this.

Tasya was so angry at me because I told everybody about this.

But the truth is I was so impressed that she used all the correct term.

She used English and not England
She used Malay and not Melayu

Sometimes I wonder who taugh her all this. Surely not me. I guess I have to thank "playhouse Disney" for all of these.

Up-dates

Mama too lazy to write lately, so here are some updates of what happened to the kids:

i) Tasya and Pak Uda got lost in Carrefour Wangsa Maju- almost gave Mak Ngah, Atuk and Nenek a heart attack. Apparently Pak Uda got a nature call and have to go urgently, did not tell Mak Ngah and asked Tasya to tag along. Mak Ngah failed to find them and after search high and low, Atuk found them outside the toilet!!!!

ii) Tasya turned 5 on 02/09/2005, she wanted 2 birthday celebration. One at her school and the other one at home. For her school, she wanted the 'Barbie' cake and we have to order it from Angel cake house. When we ordered it on Wednesday, I told the girl that I will pick it up on Friday 10am sharp. And to my surprised, the shop was not open when i went there Friday morning at 10am. I was so furious. I called the HQ and lodge a complaint. The girl came in at 10.15am. Being me, I could not be angry at her.
Arrived at Tasya's schoold around 10.30am. They were having their break, her teacher saw me and quickly came to me and whispered"luckily you are here, she was close to tears because she thought that you are not coming".
She was so happy when everybody said that her cake was beautiful and they all enjoyed her party.
The next day, we had another party and she got 4 barbie dolls and 1 barbie bag. All her presents were Barbie merchandise. And she was so happy!!!
